Are we not all agreed...

... that love is a huge stinking cunt? I only mention it because of Enid's self-absorbed rant at the premise of some of the posts here.

Now, don't get me wrong. I like dispute. I love arguments. In a very strange way, they get me off. Whilst I was fairly hard reading Enid's post, it did strike me that the arguments were spectacularly circular; in that the whole point of this place is to discuss how love is not the teen-movie romance that she was bitching about. Take a look around. All you will see here is hate, spat at love in web format.

Then again, I wonder, if she maybe was appalled at the fact one might have a vision of love which does resemble bliss? Nobody does. I think we're all realists here. We all understand the fact that love is something to be worked at, not some magical pixie-dust that floats up our ass and makes it summer all year round.

But hey... YO... don't snide away our right to continually moan that we get fucked over, make huge mistakes or generally can't get laid. Love is a complex combination of human traits and emotions - no matter how strong or wise or experienced one might be, it can and will penetrate you and shit you up. So common is the experience, so life-altering, that talking about love being a cunt is a social virus - a meme - which explains why everybody has so much to say on the subject.

So Enid, let's get back on track and cane some pansy loved-up motherfuckers, eh?

You are part of a more rare and select group than you think, Illegible.
