He was recently devirgined (bad english I know). She has the habit of sleeping with the wrong men, possibly because she's lonely. Or horny. Maybe both. I don't know.

The guy doesn't believe in casual sex and he's tempted by this one gal who does casual sex.
And thus it's a moral dilemma. The conscience VS the dick I suppose.
It's just the whole thing is funny. Him counting on the gal to NOT hit on him etc etc.
But isn't it true that the more you play hard to get, the easier it is to get laid?
Hmm, okay. The dialogue seems confusing, as in the first line it sounds like you want to bone her with no dilemmas at all.
You're right though; playing hard to get can really stimulate a girl's "what's-wrong-with-me-must-try-harder" neurosis and "hey-he-seems-like-a-quietly-assured-non-slut" antenna to point of issue.
Conversely, though, they might think you're a frigid waste of time...
women use the hard-to-get game to devastating effect. although sometimes it comes to the point where guys (after getting what they want) will then be bored or disappointed.
because women makes the chase more interesting than the prize itself.
playing hard-to-get is a level above the desperate horny jerk. and holding out short term for long term seduction benefits from women is definitely worth it.

Women that play hard to get are prickteasers; potentially the most crappy form of human being ever conceived, with the possible exception of Pee Wee Herman. I honestly don't have or give time for that kind of shit.
But there are some women that are just genuinely hard to get, with no pretences or games, that's just the way they are.
You can tell the difference because, with the latter, the prize is so much more blisteringly fucking radiant than the chase.

Your final paragraph/pov is fine, but my initial point was just: what might work with one woman may not work on all (unlike with most men). Women are harrowingly unique snowflakes.
